17-DMAG arrests secretion of proinflammatory cytokines. ELISA-based evaluation of the cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12, IL-13, IL-17A, IFN-γ, TNF-α, G-CSF, and TGF-β1 secreted into the culture medium by PBMCs which were stimulated with 1 μg/ml plate-bound anti-CD3 antibody and treated without or with 17-DMAG (0.1 μM) for 72 hours.
