PRLr mRNA and PRL mRNA synthesis in THP-1 monocytes activated with LPS using real-time PCR. THP-1 monocytes stimulated with LPS 1 μg/ml were harvested at different times and three independent RT-PCR experiments were analyzed using comparative Ct (2^-ΔΔCt) method for: A, PRLr mRNA; and B, PRL mRNA.
