  1. 1LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells were cultured with 0–20 μM XH-14 in the presence or absence for 6 h and gene expression was quantified by real-time RT-PCR. The results are reported as mean ± SEM of three independent experiments in triplicate. Statistical significance is based on the difference when compared with LPS-stimulated cells (**P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001).
